9-1-4's 'Members' Loyalty Reward Scheme' - (MLRS)
Due to our location and the quality of our staff, store & products, it is not always possible to compete on price with the discounts some chainstores/disc. warehouses can offer. We do however strive never to charge over manufacturers' RRP's and we do have 2 end-of-season sales every year!
However and as a way of saying thank you to all our loyal customers, we wanted to give something back. So the MLRS Card was conceived and is proving to be extremely popular.
Basically, if you spend £100.00 or more in total over a 6-month period, we send out a gear voucher to a member to the value of 10% of that member's total spend withing 9-1-4. This even includes transactions that have already included a discount eg. BMC/MCoS in-store.
The Small Print - (not much really!)
You fill in a simple application form together with a one-off fee of £10.00 to become a member for life. To qualify & receive a voucher, you must have spent a minimum total of £100.00 within that previous 6-month period. In-store, you must show your MLRS Card on each visit or if shopping online, enter your membership number when prompted. Once a voucher has been issued and sent out to you, your running total is 'zero'd' and will start again for the next 6-month period.
Period 1 = 1st. December to 31st. May
Period 2 = 1st. June to 30th. November
- The minimum £100.00 can be accummulated over a combination of transactions/visits
- Each voucher must be redeemed within the following 6 month period.
- Vouchers are redeemable in-store or online.
- The voucher is redeemable for gear to the value of the amount shown on the inside of the voucher.
- No cash or partial refunds are given if gear chosen does do not come to the value of the voucher.
Don't panic! Members are not obliged to spend 'at least £100.00' and if you do not, you simply won't receive a voucher for that period and your transaction total will be zero'd as normal with eveyone else's. No harm done!
So we hope you'll agree, there's some good savings to be made in the long term. You cannot lose!
