Free Delivery on all orders over £200.

Collection from store available on all items - see our opening times and location.

For all other orders our Standard Delivery Charge for small items (under 0.5kg) is £2.95 & £4.50 for larger orders. Due to the size and weight of tents, there is a £10.00 delivery charge.

Because of our location we are unable to offer an Express service. However from experience we find that most of our customers receive their orders within 2 working days, however please allow for upto 5 working days from dispatch.

Unfortunately we can only currently accept orders for UK addresses.

RETURNS

Online Sales Returns Policy:

We aim to meet The Distance Selling Regulations and customers have the right to cancel their order within 7 days of receiving the goods*. To cancel any item, you must either e-mail, fax or write to us quoting your customer name and order number within these 7 days. You must take reasonable care of the items, retain all original packaging and must not use them. Goods must be returned to us within seven days of your notice to cancel. Items may be returned to 9-1-4 Outdoor’s store. All goods are returned at your own expense unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect. Providing the goods are received back in an unused condition and in their original packaging with all accessories, you will receive a refund within thirty days of your notice to cancel. Should you require your unwanted goods to be collected, we will deduct the appointed couriers’ direct costs from the refund given. If no notification is given to us within 7 days by the customer, then the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory.

*This does not apply to any perishable goods, CE certified hardware, unsealed software or items personalised or made to your specification. In line with current health and safety guidelines, we reserve the right to refuse any items that are (for whatever reason) not returned to us in a clean and hygienic condition.

Incorrect & Faulty Goods:

If the goods have been dispatched as ordered, but are unwanted due to their description on the website being incorrect or misleading, then they can be returned for a refund (including return delivery charges) within 14 days after the receipt of the goods. If you wish to return any item due to it being faulty, please complete the details on the reverse side of your delivery note giving details of the fault and send it back to us together with the item in its original packaging, where possible, within 28 days. We will exchange the item or refund the full cost including any delivery charges incurred where appropriate.
